Fantastic Stay with Sauna and Pool!
simple checking high floor delicious breakfast sauna amenity
Checking was simple (always a plus!), and my room on the 34th floor suited me well for my stay. The breakfast offered a delicious start to the day and I would stay here again. The sauna and pool in the basement added an extra layer of relaxation to my trip, fulfilling my preference for hotels with such amenities.
I found that the hot water never reached a high temperature, a SLIGHT inconvenience.

The staff demonstrated attentive service and were helpful with requests . They provided prompt assistance at check-in and were available to address any concerns I had (which were very few!). This level of service contributed positively to my experience.

adequate, but some issues
inconsistent cleaning duplicate bookings
The breakfast was a bit of a letdown. the room cleaning was inconsistent. One day it was skipped entirely. also when i returned late, there was no water in the room. I had to request it from reception. there seemed to be some confusion with my extended stay, resulting in duplicate bookings, this was frustrating.

Okay stay, some issues noticed
comfortable bed great views filthy stains missing robes
My room was a good size with a comfortable bed. I had breakfast on the 38th floor and the views were great. The receptionist mentioned that the 'number 6' rooms on each floor are the best (i noted that).
I found some wear and tear with the hotel. The carpet in my room had filthy stains. Bathroom robes were not included (i think they should be).

totally amazing stay!
clean room great views awesome breakfast rooftop bar
i got there and the reception staff were so great. they selected a nice room for my wife's birthday, i could see amazing views too. breakfast was so fantastic with great views from the 37th floor. i just loved that rooftop bar and sauna.
there was a small noise late at night when i was going to sleep, it was a super slight issue though.

some issues
weak pressure inefficient lifts
i found a couple of things less than ideal. the water pressure in the shower was weak. it made rinsing off shampoo a real chore. the elevators also seemed to have a mind of their own (i swear, they enjoyed making me wait). i was on the 15th floor and watched lifts go up and down without stopping for me.

city views clean bathroom
The room had city views. The bathroom was very clean. Staff let me use the shower after my event, even after I checked out! They were happy to store my bags. It.
The room did not have normal breakfast tea teabags.

The hotel has friendly and helpful staff. I received clear instructions about services. The room had a great view across the city. The rooftop restaurant offers very nice views.
The room took a long time to warm up one evening. The water pressure in the shower was poor. I also noted the lack of a mirror near the dressing table.
